Job Description:
At servicePath™, we seek a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and transform our global development team into a high-performing, AI-enabled unit. This role will oversee the shift from unmanaged workflows to structured, Agile practices, drive adoption of AI within the .NET ecosystem, and lead the Git-to-GitHub migration. The successful candidate will ensure accountability, process excellence, and innovation across a geographically diverse team.

About the Job:
Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager
Department: Engineering
Reports to: Engineering Director
Position: Full-Time
Location: United Kingdom
Role Objectives:
· Build a structured, accountable, and high-performing development team.
· Lead Git to GitHub migration with minimal disruption.
· Drive adoption of AI technologies within the .NET ecosystem and integrated database environments.
· Establish and track key development KPIs (cycle time, deployment frequency, CFR, etc.).
· Align team outputs with organizational strategy while managing global collaboration challenges.
Key Competencies and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
· Proven experience leading software development teams in Agile environments.
· Strong background in .NET development, version control, and workflow optimization.
· Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into product development.
· Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills for distributed teams.
· Ability to manage up effectively with senior leadership.

Preferred Experience:

60K – 70K GBP per year + Annual Performance Bonus
