servicePath™ is seeking a Growth & Marketing Specialist (HubSpot & Web) to join our remote team in Pakistan. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who is deeply curious, self-driven, and technically fluent — someone who treats HubSpot as a platform to engineer, not just a tool to use, and every market interface as an opportunity to drive lead generation and conversion. If you have a passion for automation, data, and building things that work, this role was written for you.
At servicePath™, we seek candidates who are eager to enhance performance by leveraging tools and technologies like AI. Our goal is to streamline tasks, increase efficiency, and maximise productivity, making work more manageable while driving organisational success.
About the Job
Job Title: Growth & Marketing Specialist (HubSpot & Web)
Department: Marketing
Reports to: CEO
Shift: Monday – Friday | Flexible, with EST overlap expected
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote – Pakistan
What You Will Own
HubSpot — end to end. Not a user. The builder.
• Configure and continuously optimise the HubSpot portal: workflows, pipelines, forms, email sequences, lifecycle stages, and contact properties
• Build automated lead nurture journeys that move prospects through the funnel without manual intervention
• Manage HubSpot integrations with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Own data hygiene, contact segmentation, and lead scoring — a clean database is a non-negotiable
• Build dashboards and reports that surface campaign performance, funnel health, and what’s actually driving pipeline
The website. A lead generation and conversion asset — not a brochure.
• Own the servicePath website as a performance asset: landing pages, CTAs, messaging, and conversion optimisation across every page
• Work with modern web platforms and tools — you are comfortable with AI-assisted site building and understand that platforms evolve; your value is in what the site needs to do, not just the CMS it runs on
• Publish and update content in support of product launches, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives
• Monitor website performance via Google Analytics and act on what the data tells you
AEO and SEO — optimise for where your audience actually finds answers.
Search is no longer just Google. AI-powered answer engines — tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews — are increasingly where buyers start their research. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) means structuring content so that these AI tools surface servicePath™ when prospects ask relevant questions. This is the future of content and web strategy, and we want someone who is already thinking this way.
• Develop and execute an AEO strategy: structure content to be cited and surfaced by AI answer engines and large language models
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies alongside AEO best practices
• Monitor organic and AI-driven visibility using Google Search Console and analytics tools
• Report on what’s working and what to fix — with clear recommendations, not just data
Content and campaigns that produce pipeline, not just impressions.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar: blogs, case studies, emails, and LinkedIn content
• Write and publish content that positions servicePath™ as a thought leader in IT managed services and CPQ — and that AI answer engines want to cite
• Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, webinars, and industry events
• Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns targeting technology service providers and mid-sized to large enterprises
• Run and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversion
Agency and partner collaboration.
• Brief, manage, and hold accountable any external agencies or freelancers supporting web, content, or paid media
• Know when to build internally and when to leverage outside resource — and manage both effectively
AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate content production, research, and marketing operations
• Stay current on AI developments relevant to marketing and proactively apply them — we will notice if you don’t
Key Competencies and Experience
Minimum
- 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience — you built and configured it yourself, not briefed someone else to. This is the filter.
- Multiple active HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, CMS Hub, Revenue Operations, Email Marketing, or similar)
- Proven experience owning a company website as a performance and lead generation asset
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and a genuine awareness of AEO — how AI answer engines index and surface content
- Experience running LinkedIn campaigns or Google Ads
- Comfortable with Google Analytics: building views, reading traffic data, interpreting conversion performance
- Professional English written communication — your emails and copy read clearly and credibly
Core Competencies
- Curiosity and self-direction — you learn tools before you’re asked and figure things out without hand-holding
- Strong work ethic and follow-through — you start things and you finish them well
- Systems thinking — you see how the pieces connect (email → workflow → lifecycle stage → pipeline)
- Attention to detail — broken links, wrong merge tags, and dirty data bother you
- Bias toward action — you ship, measure, and iterate. You don’t wait for perfect.
Preferred
- HubSpot certifications across 5 or more tracks — bonus for Operations Hub, CMS Hub, or Custom Reporting
- Experience working at a marketing agency or managing one as a client — either side of that relationship is valuable
- Demonstrated understanding of AEO and how to structure content for AI-driven discovery
- Experience in B2B SaaS or IT services marketing
- Familiarity with AI writing and automation tools as a genuine productivity multiplier
- Understanding of lead generation and nurture strategy in longer enterprise sales cycles
- Exposure to IT managed services, CPQ, or cloud computing
How to Apply
Send a short note. Include:
• A link or screenshot of a HubSpot dashboard, workflow, or campaign you personally built — not briefed
• One example of a measurable result your work produced. A metric, a before/after, anything real.
• Your current HubSpot certifications list
A focused two-paragraph note beats a long resume. We read everything.
If you are an existing employee interested in applying for this role, please submit your resume and reach out to your HR representative for a confidential discussion and guidance on next steps.
