Job Description:
As a Product Owner at servicePathTM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our CPQ+ software product. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, translate those needs into actionable requirements, and guide the agile software development team in delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your ownership of projects and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the ongoing success of our products.

About the Job:

Location: Eastern Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring clear articulation and documentation of business and technical requirements.
  • Lead a team of Software Business Analysts.
  • Define solutions to complex business problems in collaboration with technical and subject matter experts, focusing on maximizing stakeholder value.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing throughout the software development lifecycle to validate that delivered solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Create customer-facing documentation for features and enhancements, ensuring clarity and usability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile procedures and processes, leveraging your insights and experiences to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize business process analysis and competitive product analysis to elicit requirements, conduct gap analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Competencies and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a Software Business Analyst or related role within the B2B software industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle in enterprise businesses.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse market trends, and translate insights into a compelling product vision and actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrates the ability to stay up to date with the latest AI trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance performance, optimize processes, and drive organizational success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and Sales Management business systems.
  • Understanding of the technology and/or managed services industries.

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
